予約注文の商品を発送する前に住所を変更する場合は、 support@ moderndayfarer.com までメールをお送りください。発送先住所を変更させていただきます。

予約商品と在庫商品を混在してご注文の場合は、ご注文を2つに分けてお願いいたします。在庫商品と予約商品を1つずつご注文いただくか、まとめてご注文いただくことも可能です。ただし、予約商品の発送準備が整い次第、まとめて発送いたしますのでご了承ください。

We ship with DHL within the European Union and DHL Express to most destinations outside the EU. Please allow 1–2 working days for processing, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery estimates are shown with your shipping option at checkout and start after dispatch. Customs clearance can cause delays. Pre-order delivery dates are listed on the product page.

Shipping is charged once for your whole order, not separately for each bag or accessory.

Germany: €4.90; free for orders of €100 or more after discounts.

Other EU destinations, per order:

• Luxembourg: €4.90
• Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovenia and Spain: €9.90
• Ireland, Portugal and Slovakia: €11.90
• Croatia, Denmark, Estonia and Greece: €14.90
• Hungary: €17.90
• Sweden: €19.90
• Finland: €21.90

There is no free-shipping threshold for EU destinations outside Germany. The same country rate applies when you combine backpacks, slings and accessories in one order.

Outside the EU: shipping varies by destination and order value. Check the shipping estimator in your cart or enter your delivery address at checkout to see the charge before payment. Prices above are in euros; checkout shows your selected currency.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. These charges are shown in your final checkout total before you pay.

Orders delivered within the EU are not subject to import customs duties.

If you're not happy with your MODERN DAYFARER product, orders within the European Union can be returned for a refund within fourteen days from the date you received it.

Please handle goods only as needed to check their nature, characteristics and function. A deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond that. For a full withdrawal within the applicable EU withdrawal period, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery. Any extra cost for an upgraded delivery option is not refundable.
All refunds will be credited to the original payer and original form of payment.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product was damaged / defective when you received it.

We do not offer voluntary returns for orders delivered outside the European Union. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Please see our refund policy for details.
