Shipping Update: Red Sea Events and Route Change
Due to recent events in the Red Sea, where Houthi rebels have attacked civilian ships, all shipping companies, including ours, have had to change their routes. These attacks have caused significant disruptions in shipping, making the usual passage through the Red Sea and the Suez Canal unsafe. As a result, ships need to take a longer route around Africa.
This change means that our deliveries on pre-order will face a delay. We are now expecting to deliver in February instead of January. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
For more detailed information about the events in the Red Sea, you can refer to reports by the United States Institute of Peace and Reuters.
Update February 26: The bags have arrived at our fulfillment center and we will commence the shipping of all pre orders tomorrow.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring that all orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 days thereafter. We appreciate your patience and are committed to delivering your orders promptly.
