Q: Where are the backpacks manufactured?

A: The DAYFARER backpack is manufactured in Vietnam. This manufacturer specializes in the elaborate front-end development and is therefore perfect for my project.

Q: Where can I get more information about the developing process?

A: Check out the blog where I have documented the entire development process.

 

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: It takes 1-3 business days to ship (DHL picks up the orders every Tuesday and Friday morning) and then it takes around 1-2 working days for shipments within Germany, 3-7 working days within the EU and to the rest of the world it takes around up to 14 working days.

For international shipments outside the EU, please be aware that covering possible import, duty, VAT, and customs charges will be the buyer's responsibility. These fees can vary, so please be sure to check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Some orders can experience customs delays.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. For additional information, you can contact your local customs office.

Your order will be handled by DHL up to the entry of your country.
Once your order enters your country, it will be handed off to your local post office for the final delivery.

A: No, I price the products without the markup that you see at most companies. That way, you know you're getting a fair price, whenever you buy from MODERN DAYFARER.
