PRE-ORDERS
Please reference the order page, of your pre-order item, for estimated delivery dates.
Pre-orders are billed just like regular orders and are typically processed 24-48 hours after an order is placed.
If you change your address before we have shipped the pre-order product, email us at support@moderndayfarer.com and we will change the shipping address for you.
If you are ordering a mix of pre-order items and items in stock, we request that you place two separate orders. One for the in-stock items and one for pre-ordered items, or you can order them together, but please keep in mind that we ship them all together once the pre-order item is ready to be shipped.

Outside EU (International): DHL Express
Delivery Time: 2-5 business days
Handling Time:
We ship and deliver orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The transit times shown are estimates once the shipment leaves our warehouses. Please allow 1, or 2 working day for orders to be processed.
NOTE: We don't have any control of possible custom days!
Customs Duties and Taxes:
European Union: No custom duties / taxes
USA: No custom duties / taxes for US orders of less than 800 USD
United Kingdom (Orders up to £135): Prices include VAT and no additional import VAT charges upon delivery.
United Kingdom (Orders over £135): You, the buyer, will be responsible for any import duties and taxes assessed by UK customs.
Outside EU,UK,USA (International): Custom duties / taxes might be payable on arrival
Yes, we ship all orders with delivery confirmation and tracking.
EU: No custom duties/taxes
USA: No custom duties/taxes for orders of less than 800 USD
Rest of the world: Custom duties/taxes might be payable on arrival
If you're not happy with your MODERN DAYFARER product, send it back for a refund within fourteen days from the date you received it.
The returned items must be unused and in their original condition. We will reimburse you for all payments, less shipping costs.
All refunds will be credited to the original payer and original form of payment.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product were damaged / defective when you received it.

We manufacture all bags in Vietnam. Our manufacturing partner specializes in elaborate front-end development.
